Kelvin has over 17 years of professional experience in the university and public sector working on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial systems, business analysis, and process improvements. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). In addition, he also holds the Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) designation and the Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB) designation. In his spare time, Kelvin likes hiking, listening to piano music, as well as watching tennis and soccer games.
