Melissa Siah joins Troost ILead in the role of Assistant Director, Community of Practice. She has 14 years of expertise in business development and external relations. Most recently, as a Co-op Coordinator at the Engineering Career Centre, Melissa has supported students’ employment and career exploration journeys. She holds a Master of Adult Education and Community Development degree from O.I.S.E and strives to be an advocate for EDIA in recruitment. She has worked at the University of Toronto for 8 years and enjoys working on cross-department working committees to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing. Melissa is a Girl Guide leader and also loves musical theater and crafting.
