Decoding Virtual Teams

As UofT engineering and the world continues to work online and virtual teams are the norm, those who can decode the keys to effective online teamwork will be set to have better experiences and achieve better results. If you want to improve your team’s trust and connection, boost your online collaboration to maximize your meetings, and streamline your decision making and accountability processes for the virtual world, this fun and condensed ILead program is for you!

 

Carve a few hours out of your reading week and join us on Wednesday November 11th, 11 AM-1:30 PM EST to improve your team experience, and get an ‘ILead Decoding Virtual Teams Certificate’

 

Time Commitment:

2.5 hours, plus approximately 1 hour of additional independent pre-work and post-work. You must  submit the pre-work before the session, attend the entirety of the live session, and complete the post-work to receive the certificate.

Deadline to register below is Sunday November 8th at 11:59 pm. Spaces are limited, so register early.
