Modernizing Engineering Teaching and Learning

In today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape, engineering education must keep pace with the advancements and demands of the industry. Traditional teaching methods, while foundational, often fall short in preparing students for the dynamic and interdisciplinary nature of modern engineering challenges. As such, there is a pressing need to integrate innovative teaching strategies and learning tools that foster critical thinking, creativity, and practical problem-solving skills. Modernizing teaching and learning in engineering education is essential to equip students with the competencies required for the 21st-century workforce.

We conduct research work on instructional interventions and innovations to better prepare engineering students for existing and emerging challenges in the increasingly sophisticated society.
