Dr. Cindy Rottmann is the Associate Director of Research at Troost ILead, STEP. Her primary work involves leading an interdisciplinary team of engineers and social scientists on research projects investigating engineering leadership, engineers’ career paths, and ethics and equity in engineering education. Cindy brings extensive research, teaching and curriculum development experience to the team. She has authored or co-authored 70 peer reviewed publications and 15 book chapters/reports. Cindy is the current Program Co-Chair (2020-2021) and Director of Scholarship (2019-2021) for the LEAD division of the American Society for Engineering Education.
