To give a successful interview you need to know your strengths and how to clearly communicate those strengths. When you’re sitting across from a potential employer (or you bump into them at a networking event) how do you give strong answers to questions about your work style, teamwork abilities and interpersonal skills? You And The Interview is a two-part workshop where you will use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), to identify your personality type and give you a deeper understanding of your work, collaboration and communication style. You’ll also explore how to use this knowledge beyond the office for personal growth, empowering you with insights that can help you build strong relationships, create new ones, and meet difficult interactions with resilience and empathy.

There is limited space in this workshop so we. A certified MBTI practitioner will work with you through both sessions, and you will receive a personalized assessment.
