Designed for current FASE club leaders, this interactive workshop will strengthen your team building and management skills through a leadership-focused lens. Participants will explore strategies for creating inclusive team environments, fostering engagement, and leading teams effectively toward shared goals. While the workshop is structured as a two-part series, participants are welcome to attend either session individually or join both for the full experience.

Part I (10:00am-12:00pm): Building Inclusive Teams
Part II (1:00pm-3:00pm): Leading Effective Teams
- Workshop spaces are limited and all applicants will be contacted to confirm their acceptance.
- It is expected that accepted participants prioritize program attendance, except in case of extenuating circumstances (e.g. illness) in which case staff should be informed in advance.
